Bonjour!

I am a native French tutor from Angers, France, and I have lived in the UK for over 20 years.

Having faced the challenges of learning English during school years in France, I trully understand the difficulties of learning a new language and believe that the most efficient way of learning it, other than total immersion, is the one to one approach which allows positive tailored learning moments!

I have experience as a one to one tutor for adults and children both in English and French as well as using languages in the work place and as a translator.

My aim is to enable you or your child to enjoy learning French and gain confidence in using it, in a fun and creative environment, at your/their own pace and according to your/their preferred style of learning.

Our goal will be for you or your child to learn/improve and gain confidence in using French whenever you/they need to.

We will use the introductory session for me to learn about you, assess your level, what you would like to achieve and how long it might take.

During the sessions, I will use a variety of resources such as newspaper articles, radio, songs and documentaries and will provide you with materials. I will also be happy to tailor your lessons based on your interests whether it is sports, traveling, politics, geography, cooking, etc.

I prefer to teach in your environment and can come to your office, home or a quiet café. Please note that I will charge a travel fee which will depend on where you are located and how much time I will need to get to you. This is not only to cover my travel cost but also to compensate for my time, as I am unable to work whilst I am going to and from students`homes. Thank you very much for your understanding.
