Information about Matthew
I have studied social sciences and modern languages at University College London, Sciences Po Paris and its satellite campus in Dijon, the University of Oxford, and Harvard University. I have also worked in education administration at University of Cambridge International Examinations, at Sciences Po, and at the University of Chester.
In addition to French and English, I can offer wider tutoring in the humanities and social sciences up to A-Level, and beyond in some fields. My interests include language, playing and writing music, all matters philosophical, psychological, and anthropological, foreign (particularly Chinese) film, literature (particularly Japanese), interactive media (particularly French), good (vegan) eating, and travel!
Availability: I tutor full-time so am able to be very accommodating with regards to timing, though prefer to establish a weekly time-slot where possible.
Willing to travel: 30 miles
Experience: Three years tutoring part-time, and two years tutoring full-time; I am experienced in teaching students of all ages.
