Born and raised in South Africa, I believe that learning is most effective when it is fun. Through the use of relevant and modern examples that young people can relate to, learning new skills and concepts doesn`t have to be boring. Using this approach tailored to each student`s interests and life experiences is what makes my teaching different to most. Everyone is capable of achieving great results it`s just how they apply themselves and how the information is relayed that is the deciding factor. Motivation is created through the development of a positive relationship between the student and the tutor and this contributes to the enjoyment of learning.

With the right approach, a tailor made teaching/adapted curriculum, positive relationships and support of the parent/guardians, will create great results.

I have a proven track record with children from all aggregate ranges and age groups.

Availability: Tuesday - Friday afternoon from 4:30
Saturday 9-12

Experience: I have a Bachelors of Education and have been teaching for 12 years. My specialities lie in the Humanities, but languages and sport are other areas of great interest.
