I am a passionate tutor of English, Philosophy, Politics and Creative Writing to students of all ages and abilities. I have a Masters degree from the University of St Andrews in Philosophy and I am currently studying for a second Masters in English Literature.



English and Creative Writing

Currently, I am studying for a Masters degree in Creative Writing and English Literature and have achieved a Distinction in my first year. I am passionate about literature and have experience tutoring English to school and university students. I have a proven track record of helping students reach the top grades, as can be seen from my reviews. I also offer online courses in literature to interested adult learners. I am experienced as a freelance editor and can help you progress with your creative writing. I can offer instruction and reading materials, and also an editing service to help you express what you want to say in the clearest possible way. Philosophy

I recently graduated with a masters degree from the University of St Andrews. I have a wide ranging understanding of Western philosophy with a specialisation in Ethics, Meta-ethics, and Ancient Greek philosophy. If you at university and are struggling with certain philosophy papers, I can provide short summaries to help break down and simplify the key ideas. For adult learners I offer guided reading courses in all areas of philosophy, please get in touch if you have someone specific in mind.

Experience: I have around 6 years of experience in tutoring, beginning at university helping younger students with essay writing skills, exam prep, and general tips. Since leaving university I have been teaching English, History, Creative Writing and Philosophy to private students at a range of ages and abilities.
