I am an experienced teacher both at primary and secondary level. I am offering private tuition in English, Maths and Reasoning Skills, including preparation for 11+, 13+, GCSE Maths and English/Maths at Entry or Foundation level for those following an apprenticeship or alternative educational route.

Experience: 25 years in education, both primary and secondary. I have taught all core subjects successfully up to year 8 and Maths up to GCSE, being especially skilled in helping Foundation pupils attain a C grade. I have worked in a Learning Support department and have several years experience tutoring in a one to one situation.

I am familiar with mentoring and training teachers and feel that I am understanding and patient with adult learners
