I am a Qualified Secondary School Science Teacher; having studied my PGCE at UCL and a first class Biomedical Sciences Undergraduate. I enjoy teaching and learning all aspects of science and maths. Coming from a household of teachers I have gained substantial experience through my parents as well as my own experiences in teaching, and particularly tutoring one to one pupils varying from primary school to Year 12. I have found great satisfaction in playing a part in allowing pupils to achieve their full potentials. I am able to understand and tailor to the specific needs of each individual pupil and can confidently target their weaknesses and build on their strengths.
My personal experiences have led me to become a versatile tutor, allowing me to teach day to day school content as well as tackle exam question scenarios aiding revision in the lead up to exams.
I have experience with various exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR) and can provide a wide range of up to date resources which meet current National Curriculum standards, including students in key stage one to key stage five. I can appreciate that students may have different preferences and therefore I am able to provide both electronic and hard copies of learning materials when required. I am available for students to contact between lessons via email to address any queries.
