Over the course of my life I have lived in a dozen countries, and worked in and visited many more. I love exploring new countries, languages, and cultures. I speak fluent Norwegian, intermediate Arabic, and intermediate French. My other great love is sport. I competed at the National Championships at Modern Pentathlon, and captained a Modern Pentathlon team which won the UK University Championships.

In addition to general English teaching, I teach English for university students and business leaders. For this I am able to draw upon my own university education (BA Business Studies, MA Theoretical Linguistics), and additional work experience (I have extensive practical knowledge of sales, marketing, management, and engineering).

Experience: I am an experienced TEFL teacher who specialises in teaching one-on-one to intermediate and advanced learners. All of my lessons are tailored to individual needs so as to maximise student progress and enjoyment. I now teach exclusively online. My previous experience includes work in the UK (e.g., at the School for Advanced English Studies), in Sweden (e.g., at Folkuniversitetet), and in the Middle East (e.g., at King Fahd University in Saudi Arabia).
