I am passionate, hardworking and have high personal standards for all work I undertake.

I believe that teaching and tutoring should be driven by research best practice, and I aim for this to underpin my teaching practice.

I believe the relationship between tutor and tutee is important in creating a positive learning environment. I therefore believe the first session should be free, to find out if we are a good fit and can work well together going forward.

I am believe that there is no substitute for hard work and persistence, and I try to instill this philosophy when teaching and tutoring.

Availability: At the moment, I can be flexible in terms of location and am happy to drive to the tutees preferred address.

I am available Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings and weekends.

Experience: Qualified teacher, trained at Spencer Academies Trust, a Top 10 National Teacher Training provider.

Have first-class Degree and Master’s qualifications in Science.

Five years experience teaching Science to all ages and abilities.

Current in house permanent Science tutor at Bluecoat Academy Beachdale.
