I am a positive role model and ambassador to the children and young people that I support. I am very passionate about working with students. I am ambitious, committed and motivated to help my students succeed . I have a positive mindset I am a great active listener, I am calm and patient with my students.

I find it incredibly rewarding to see my students grow and develop.
I always strive to deliver the best of my ability for the pupils that I support. I believe that I can bring the best out of the students that I work with.

Experience: I work full time as a teaching assistant across all curriculum subjects including Maths, English Science, Humanities, Life Skills, Art Foodtech and ICT plus more.

I have a vast amount of experience working with children and young people of all ages mainstream and students with Special Needs such as Dylexia, Autism, ASD and behavioural needs.

My Skills and training include Occupational Therapy, phonetics, perceptual literacy, lego therapy and also social skills interventions.

I also I’m a registered ELSA. Which includes supporting students with

• Anger issues
• Emotional well being

I have experience as a mentor, and progress coach and Additional Learning Support to students key stages 1-4.

Outside of my full time teaching job I tutor Maths and English to key stages 1 -4

I have also been a mentor at a charity called Tomorrows People. I was involved in a variety of projects and workshops such as Business Admin, First Aid, CV Tailoring, Public Speaking, ICT, Interview Techniques with young people aged 16-25.

The aim of the programme was to encourage young people to find their purpose in life, develop their current skills and increase their personal progression.
