I`ve thoroughly enjoyed working with individuals in both group training and one to one environments helping them to learn and enhance their knowledge and skill sets to ultimately grow in confidence. It is an invaluable, rewarding experience and I am seeking more opportunities to practice this.

With excellent academic credentials within the area of Psychology, I would be keen to support tutee`s studying within this space. I aim to provide tailored guidance and support, to enable tutee`s to enhance their knowledge and skills to grow in confidence and excel academically.

Availability: I work remotely, so I`m very flexible in terms of availability.

Insight/ Business Psychologist for the Future Work Centre Ltd.

• Appointed Project Lead for several in-house projects including a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for early career occupational psychologist (analysed job requirements and content to establish criteria for classification, selection and training) and designed and implemented an evaluation process for training and development programs.
• Formulated and implemented training programs, applying principles of learning and individual differences.
• Supported the Centre in ‘forming their voice’ by writing articles, blog posts, white papers and reports on contemporary organisational topics, to educate others using current psychological science.
• Reviewed research literature and conducted independent research. Composed reports and conducted presentations on research findings at stakeholder meetings. Topics included the effectiveness of Performance Appraisals and the use of Technology at Work (e.g. the impact of email and wearable technology on organisations and employees)
• Participated in an in-house development programme covering topics including: research methods and statistics, stakeholder management, professional writing, personal productivity, training needs analysis and introductory coaching skills.
• Began working towards Chartered Status in Occupational Psychology, with the aim of completing the stage 2 qualification by 2018
