I am Deputy Head Teacher that has taught in primary and secondary schools for over 17 years.

I am currently working at a secondary SEN school in West London as a Deputy Headteacher. I have consistently delivered outstanding teaching and learning in a range of academic subjects.

I tutor a range of subjects from year 1 to year 9. I have successfully tutored my students through 7+, 8+ and 11+ exams for entry into private and boarding schools such as the Harrodian Independent School, Kings` College Wimbledon & Summer Fields boys` Independent Boarding Preparatory School.

I have a Masters in Innovation and Leadership in Education with West London University (Business School). My action research developed my pedagogy to develop my practice in teaching mathematics.

I have just qualified as a Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) to provide me with more in-depth understanding of special needs in school.

I feel it is essential to construe teaching around targeted learner needs. With this in mind I have worked hard with the pupils so that they have all exceeded their expected progress targets.

I have built strong relationships with all the pupils I tutor by showing a willingness to listen and encourage positive behaviour and inspiring them to be independent learners by designing a stimulating learning environment.

I am a friendly and passionate teacher that designs learning to make it fun, engaging, challenging and motivating for the pupils I tutor.
