Information about Blessing
My name is Blessing and I am an educator, a life coach and a writer/published author of children/adult books. I provide private tuition services and homework support for children and young people. My special tuition service is aimed at boosting the confidence, self-esteem and aspirations of Children and Young People through tutoring. I can offer 1:1 and group tuition services to help boost confidence in Maths and English.
I am a smart, brave, ambitious and hardworking individual whose passion is geared towards providing great satisfaction with the service I render.
My passion to create positive impact in the lives of Children and Young people inspired me to study a masters degree in Psychology of Education at University of Manchester (MEd Psychology of Education) after completing Psychology and Counselling BSc degree at Staffordshire University in addition to completing an NVQ qualification in Children and Young People`s Workforce at City of Wolverhampton College with a 9 months placement at a children centre/nursery setting.
I have worked as a tutor to primary aged children supporting them with maths and I have also supported children and adult with English as an additional language (Reading and Writing support). Alongside my degree, I have worked part-time at an after school club where I travel across various primary schools in Staffordshire county performing maths activities with children as a way of enhancing their mathematical skills and making maths an enjoyable subject for the Primary school children. Additionally, I have also worked as a volunteer academic mentor at city of Stoke-on-Trent Sixthform College where I support college students with enhancing their literacy skills.
I am multi- talented, highly creative and always capable of bringing my ideas to life. My adaptive and flexible nature makes me see changes as an opportunity to re-create and achieve an outstanding outcome.
