Information about Isabel
I am an experienced primary school teacher living in South West London available for online and in person tutoring. I have experience of teaching across KS1 and KS2, whilst also specialising in special educational needs.
I have a track record of children making significant progress in their learning. am creative and enjoy organising interactive learning experiences, tailored to the individual child.
My aim is for children to develop a love of learning whilst being supported in their learning journeys.

Experience: I have a MEd in Primary Education, and have had experience of teaching across the key stages in inner London schools. My teaching approach is grounded by a strong theoretical understanding of education. I have a wealth of experience teaching children with special educational needs, such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia.
I have been tutoring for the last couple of years and have a wealth of experience supporting young learners. I do a mixture of online and in person tuition. Additionally, I teach English as an Additional Language during the day, and have completed my TEFL qualification.

This is a fantastic site and Isabel was lovely. The only reason we didn’t go forward was Tutor Hunt don’t take childcare vouchers we had saved through our company and hoping to use them to supplement our sons education

Isabel has been wonderful from the get go. Her collaboration with me as a parent was very professional and considerate, and she immediately had ideas of how to engage my son to help him succeed. My son (year 5) immediately took to her and looks forward to his lessons with Isabel. He is showing improvement in the areas covered during our revision later in the week. We consider ourselves lucky to have found such a match that is helping our son bridge the gaps and build up his confidence. Moving countries during covid was not easy, and Isabel is helping my son adjust to the new setting.
