I am a retired Deputy Headteacher and I have been an Examiner for GCSE and A level English for many years . I have excellent references, outstanding results and I am able to teach English and English Literature from Key Stage 2 to A Level.I also teach pupils to prepare for the 11 +

My son has been with Sharon for a quite a while. She is charming patient with the kids and quite understanding. This won a place in my son`s heart whi is naturally quite resistant to learning.

Most importantly he is improving in English and Literature.

Good communication and made my son (age 15) feel at ease straight away. Helped to boost his confidence and hopefully his English skill level such that he felt more able to tackle the GCSE without feeling it was going to be a complete disaster. He has just completed the exam today and all seems well, so it just remains to be seen whether his grade has improved from what he was predicted. Recommended

Sharon is absolutely fantastic, has really made a difference to our son Matthews confidence in English. Our son has ADHD and other learning difficulties and Sharon has taken these on board, knows the syllabus and exam techniques. Our sons confidence has grown and he enjoys the lessons. Cant recommend her highly enough , she is a class act.
