Information about Rianne

I have just finished my BA degree in Education Studies, with a 2:2. I have been working with children since 2013 when I completed my first work experience in year 11 and knew straight away I wanted to work with children. Since then I have thrown myself at every opportunity I have been presented with to develop myself as an individual and as a leader to pass on knowledge to the younger generations.

Availability: I am fully flexible

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have been in a variety of different schools, varying in backgrounds, cultures, personalities and classes from year two to year four. During my time in sixth form I volunteered as a youth guide leader in both rainbows and cubs, whereby we learnt crafts, building, life skills and much more exciting activities. As a sixth former, we offered our help to the year 11 students with maths tuition and I persona, key went and helped with the year 7 food technology lesson which was a great experience as I was working with secondary students. Coming to the end of sixth form beginning of university, I helped out as a volunteer at my local playgroup at Small Wonders (just outside of Wolverhampton city centre in chapel ash) which was supporting new parents with true pie new born babies all the way up to children aged 5. This was allowing children to develop a sense of social play, where they can climb, build, learn social skills, develop fine and motor skills and being exposed to sensory play.
