Information about Eowyn
My name is Eowyn , and I’m in my third year of Applied Medical Sciences at UCL, aiming to research infectious diseases in the future.
As a tutor, my goal is to provide students with comprehensive support by assisting them in completing their homework, reviewing and clarifying their class notes, and teaching them exam techniques. Having personally experienced the rigours of GCSE and A-level exams, I am well aware of the importance of preparation. I am committed to helping students excel by getting them to practice with exam-specific questions. However, I also understand the stress and pressure of school life, and keep the lessons enjoyable and engaging.
I am available to tutor students in GCSE Biology, GCSE maths as well as A level Biology and A level psychology.
Availability: I am available on weekdays 5 p.m. onwards and on weekend mornings and early afternoons

Experience: I have three years of experience tutoring math and science. During this time, I have developed tailored teaching strategies to meet each student`s unique needs, helping them to grasp complex concepts and gain confidence in their abilities.

Eowyn is amazing, and just what I was looking for in a tutor. I was looking for someone who I knew would connect with my year 11 daughter and engage, holding her attention throughout the lesson. Eowyn has fitted the bill.perfectly. My daughters confidence in Maths has developed massively by having lessons with Eowyn, who takes time to ensure that my daughter fully understands and "gets it" before moving on. The lessons are structured and very well planned, relevant to the GCSE curriculum. After completing a GCSE practice paper recently my daughter achieved 70/80 and was thrilled. She finally is starting to understand how maths works, and everything is slotting into place. My only regret is that I didnt find Eoywn sooner.
