I have been tutoring for over 15 years and get huge satisfaction from helping students feel confident in understanding and applying Mathemitcal principles. I work primarily with children from year 4 to year 11 (ages 8 to 16), with specific experience in 11plus and GCSE exams. I gained an A* in Maths GCSE (equivalent to a 9 today) and A in Maths A Level (95% average - equivalent to an A* today) at St Paul`s School. I gained my degree from University of Oxford in Politics, Philosophy & Economics. In addition to tutoring I work in participative facilitation, helping organisations clarify their goals and create strategic action plans.

Outside my work I’m a keen cook and enjoy a good gym session or a walk in the outdoors with the doggie.

Availability: I currently have availability throughout the day on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Experience: I have been tutoring young people for over 15 years. I tailor my style of communication and my teaching approach to each student based on their needs. My initial session is always focussed on understanding what level the student is at and identifying their strengths and development areas. We also discuss their experiences with their lessons at school and what, if any, learning styles have been successful for them in the past.
