Information about Coco

I have a strong academic background gaining 7A* and 4A at GCSE Level with a particular passion for the Arts and Humanities subjects.

From 2009-2012 I studied English Literature at Bristol University, graduating with 2:1 BA Hons.

This degree enabled me to pursue my interest in literary ideas and explore different forms of storytelling.

I have studied texts (poetry, plays and novels) demonstrating the development of English Literature from the Middle Ages to Contemporary Times and I have developed my interpretive and analytical skills. The essays written during my study allowed me to refine my skills in written communication enhancing my ability to articulate ideas and express arguments in a clear and logical manner.

In teaching, I seek to make learning engaging and fun. I value progress and success in achieving set goals. For exams, I am extremely results-driven and strive for my students to reach their full potential.

Availability: I am a full-time tutor with Day and Evening availability across Weekdays and Saturdays. Feel free to contact me to enquire about my availability.

I have specifically taught a range of ages and levels including: Primary, 11+ Exam, KS2 SATS, KS3 and KS4 GCSE & A Level across many subjects including English Literature, English Language, Maths, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning.

These include: Alleyn’s School, City of London School (Boys and Girls), Dulwich, Francis Holland, Godolphin & Latymer, HABS, JAGS, St Paul`s Wimbledon High and Francis Holland.

I have taught 11+ for 5 years to more than 50 students of which 99% achieve successful entry to their chosen institution.

I am confident teaching these levels as I have completed these exams myself and have received excellent results, particularly A*s and As in GCSEs and full marks on papers for A-Levels.

I am delighted to express my deepest gratitude for the guidance and support provided by Ms Creme throughout my son`s GCSE journey. Her unwavering dedication and expert teaching have been instrumental in helping my son achieve outstanding results, with 9s in both English Literature and English Language. I`m truly grateful for the time and effort Ms Coco Creme invested in ensuring that my son not only grasped challenging concepts (such as Gothic Literature)but also developed critical thinking skills. I would thoroughly recommend anyone aiming for top marks in GCSE English to indulge in her invigoration lessons.

Coco was wonderful for our daughter. She took her up to 11+, and gave her weekly lessons for both the CEM and GL examinations. She was very engaging and our daughter loved her lessons with Coco throughout. She was inspired by Coco and was keen to practice when each lesson had finished. She ultimately did exceptionally well in the 11+ exams (high pass) and the independent school exams. She got an academic scholarship to our favourite one, so Coco has made our lives very easy. Cannot recommend Coco enough.
