Approachable and friendly teacher with 20 years experience and a passion for enabling every individual to reach their potential. I apply this principal to all of my one to one work - whether coaching, tutoring, or mentoring.

I am a qualified Life Coach, and have experience working adults and children on a range of issues from self esteem, anxiety, uncertainty about embarking on a new path or career and working through friendship issues/ issues at work. I use a range of techniques learnt in mindfulness training, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and my background in psychodynamic theory, creating a bespoke programme for each of my clients.

I am currently working as the Head Teacher of a small primary school, but my background is in prep school. I teach English up to Common Entrance at GCSE, RE at common entrance, Maths up to Year 6, and can prepare in English, Maths, Reasoning and interview technique for 11+ and independent senior school entry.

Happy to meet or chat before booking the first session, to talk through aims and objectives and establish a rapport that would be the foundation of our work together. I do offer concessions for both coaching and tutoring, so please get in touch if you are interested.

I am well versed in the primary school curriculum, the demands of the independent prep school sector, and the GCSE syllabus for English. I am able to advise parents on independent school entry as well as prepare pupils.
