I am a very experienced state and independent school teacher specialising in teaching children from 5 to 13 in English, Maths and Reasoning. I am also
very experienced in teaching and preparing students for 11+ exams and have a special qualification for teaching dyslexic pupils.
I boost confidence and achieve excellent results.
Availability: I have availability from January 2022 for one more pupil.
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: I have a BEd Hons degree and over 25 years teaching experience across KS1 KS2 & KS3.
I have a full DBS and am a British citizen.
I currently hold a senior teaching post in a local top independent school.

My daughter has had a few English lessons with Debi and I can`t recommend her enough.She spent time with me to know what I wanted to achieve, discussed what she would do each lesson and continuously gives feedback on the work done. Very very impressed.i find very few tutors so receptive and open to discussing work regularly.

Debi has been tutoring my son for the 11+ since the summer. My son did not want a tutor initially, but came out of his first visit upbeat with a smile on his face and goes back very happily each week. Evidently, Debi is much better at explaining maths than me so homework wars are at a minimum and she has also helped him with interview preparations. I would definitely recommend Debi.
