Well educated to degree level in French and Italian. Originally worked as a computer programmer whilst living in London. Since moving West have had various admin jobs, taught French in an after school club for Primary school children and more recently worked as a TA at a 6th form college and then at a Secondary school. I consequently have a good knowledge of the syllabus in GCSE Maths, English and French.
I tutored my 3 children to pass their 11+ so they were all able to go to their chosen grammar schools.

Experience: Employed as a TA at Cirencester college for 9 years where I worked with both adults and students in all subjects. I mainly helped students to pass their GCSE resits in Maths and English but also worked in many other subjects. I then worked at a secondary school for 3 years where I worked with students of all abilities, including SEN students. I worked in GCSE maths, French and English classes, often giving one to one tuition to those who were struggling. Ill health has sadly meant having to retire from this job. I have since been doing some private tutoring for primary school children in English (including reading and writing) and maths, giving me a thorough knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum. I have also been tutoring secondary school children in maths, English and French. In addition, I have tutored a girl to pass her 11+ to get into a local grammar chool.
