My name is Ayodeji Iyanu. I am a multi-dimensional individual with career experiences in the educational and care sector. I am also an author, youth and marriage counsellor. I love to see people happy all the time. I am caring and empathetic and can deliver personal support to both adult and children that will enable them to lead independent and happy lives.

I was born on August 20, 1984 in Ijero, Ondo State, Lagos Nigeria. My had my first degree in Banking and Finance and my Post Graduate Diploma in Education. I graduated with upper credit in both categories.

I can work as part of a team and use my own initiative and I’m able to complete tasks on time. I can communicate with service users, professionals, and family members effectively and also I`m able to demonstrate good listening, conflict resolution and reconciliation skills. I can complete tasks on-time and work in line with company policies and procedures.

Experience: I have worked in schools and charity organizations for more than ten years which gave me the opportunities and platforms to efficiently utilize and deploy my skills profitably.
As a leading author, I have published four books that have very rich content. My charming and expository approach to factual subjects is evident in all my books, namely; The Power of Covenants, Word and Wisdom for the Day, The Story behind the Glory, and 10 instructions for Children.

I also have a successful track record of teaching students in primary and secondary schools. As a seasoned professional, I have a drive to make a difference everywhere I work. My expertise include but not limited to curriculum development, classroom management, training other teachers, creating a stimulating and safe environment for people to learn and grow.

My greatest motivation is making positive impact. I am seriously convinced that a man’s life doesn’t consist in the abundance of things that he possesses but rather in the lives he has touched. This is what I live for and this is why I do the things I do. Everyone I have ever worked with testified that I have been an asset to their organization. For instance, In Lord’s Gate School, Addo Langbasa Road, Ajah, Lagos, I provided the educational, social, moral, and cultural development for each child in the class. I facilitated learning by establishing a relationship with pupils while keeping learning resources organized and creating a positive learning environment in the classroom.
In Child of Promise School, Ajah, Lagos Nigeria, I taught Mathematics, Social Studies, General Knowledge, and Quantitative Reasoning in both physical and online classes. I also prepared the children for Common Entrance Exams in Secondary Schools. I interacted with and intimated parents about their wards` progress, behaviours and performances in class. I created online classes to teach children who couldn`t get to school on time because of traffic and other reasons. I taught the pupils how to play the drums. I sang and played the instruments during morning devotion. I collaborated with other members of staff to ensure we achieved the overall goal of the school. I also provided support for my colleagues who had difficulties meeting up with deadlines.
Furthermore, in Furst Class School, as the Headteacher, supervisor of studies, and student counsellor, I set the school’s vision, trained the teachers every week to be effective on the job, supervised and monitored the teachers to ensure the standard of the school is adhered to, facilitated weekly seminar tagged - BULLY DAY for the students to educate them about how to overcome bullies, organised and trained teachers in other schools during the holidays, vetted lesson plans, class registers and diaries, counselled pupils based on individual needs, designed and implemented individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, created a supportive and positive learning environment, taught and reinforced
