ABOUT ME :
I am a native French teacher from Brittany who is truly passionate about her mother tongue and enjoys teaching it through its grammar, vocabulary, syntax and culture in a relaxed atmosphere. I`d describe myself as patient, dedicated and attentive.

TEACHING APPROACH :
I emphasise speaking within the lesson, without forgetting grammar and listening, to give you the opportunity to talk, work on the pronunciation and communicate as much as possible. After all, isn’t that what a language is for ? Lessons are tailored to you, which means I select exercises according to your needs and pick topics you`re interested in.

I also use an immersive approach, so we`ll talk in French and only in French during the lesson. However, clarifications can be added in English if need be. (It`s not as scary as it sounds).

Each lesson will be presented to you on my computer (I use a program called "ActivInspire" for the tech savvy out here). Materials used in the lesson, as well as notes and homework - if applicable - will be shared with you after the class.

Last but not least, I am a judge for the DELF, DALF, TCF and TEF exams and can prepare you to sit those exams.

At the moment, lessons are only online.

Experience: EXPERIENCE :
I have a Master`s degree in teaching French as a foreign language and I`ve been teaching French for almost 8 years now in different countries (Canada, Australia and England) mainly with Alliance Française. In my previous jobs I taught various levels (beginners, intermediate & advanced) and various audiences, but these days I only teach adults.
