I am a supportive and flexible media teacher and tutor who is dedicated to all students needs and desires to succeed. I will never judge you or make you feel like you can`t do something - the way I see it is we are in it together.
Availability: 7 days a week, online only.

Experience: I graduated from university in 2009 with an upper 2:1 degree in Film and Media Studies and was graded an outstanding teacher when concluding my teacher training at Blackpool Sixth Form College in 2010. Since this I have been the Head of Department and Subject Lead for Media Studies and have taught English both in England and overseas. I have taught, privately tutored and examined both English and Media at KS3, 4 and 5 for the past 10 years, and due to experience, I am highly skilled and confident in teaching all theoretical elements over a wide range of exam boards. At present I am working from home as a National Video Conferencing English Teacher and use Zoom and Skype to deliver my lessons to Year 7 to Year 11 students. I am friendly, enthusiastic and flexible and will work around your needs and the times which best suit you.

Angie has been fantastic in her support of Hannah for the last six months. She has been flexible in her approach and understanding of Hannah’s needs. The sessions have been informative, varied and supportive all of the way through. Hannah is now much more confident that she has the right content, and, although the exams have now disappeared, we are both sure that she would have been well prepared. My daughter was thrilled with her first online session with Angie. She said she learned more in one hour than in months of input at school. Feedback was "she really knows her stuff!" She came prepared with everything needed to match the qualification and exam board linked to my daughter`s course.
We highly recommend Angie and will definitely work with her again.
