Hello, my name is Sue and I have taught in London schools for over 30 years.
The roles that I held during this time include English Lead, Maths Lead and Assistant Head. This means that I am very knowledgeable about expected levels, how to identify gaps and how to help children achieve their potential. I am also well informed about the Year 1 Phonics Screening Test and the Year 2 SATS. I have recently taken early retirement and now have the time to help your child!

I can help if your child needs support with:
-catch up and filling gaps
-phonics
-reading (including comprehension)
-writing (including spelling and handwriting)
-early maths
-English skills (EAL if your child is new to studying in the English language)

I am a friendly, encouraging and fun teacher who thoroughly enjoys teaching and helping children to succeed and feel confident.
I only teach online and have many ways of ensuring that the online classroom is effective and enjoyable. I have had a lot of experience teaching children with SEN and can tailor lessons to help children of all abilities.
