I am a fully qualified secondary science teacher with significant experience in teaching Science, Maths, English and EAL to students from year four through to adult learners.

I am a calm, compassionate, organised individual, and am extremely passionate about the subjects I teach. My specialisms are Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths, from primary up to GCSE level but I am also able to tutor up to KS3 in English.

Confident and methodical, I love to help others succeed, and enjoy using my passion for my subjects to aid children with their studies. I think it is important to find ways to engage children with the subject matter, and firmly believe that they learn and retain more information when the content is presented in a fun and exciting way.

Experience: I am a fully qualified secondary science teacher with two years of classroom teaching and another three years of online teaching under my belt. I also have considerable experience working with primary-aged students both through tutoring and in a school setting.

I have also additionally worked as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting EAL (English as an Additional Language) students in their studies, and have worked with adult learners on their English.

I have also worked as an examiner for AQA marking GCSE Physics papers for three years.
