Information about Emma
I am a 29 year old fully qualified primary school teacher from Leeds currently working full time in a year 5 class at a school in the Bradford area. I have been a qualified teacher for over 3 years and love my job!
My previous Year 3 and 4 classes made great progress and I am dedicated to the wellbeing of all the children I teach. I am friendly and caring, and have a great relationship with children.
I currently tutor through school and would like to extend this. I also hold SATS booster groups for year 6 pupils needing a little extra.I would love to help those who might be lacking in confidence or struggling in any area of the curriculum.
Availability: Weekends and after 5pm on Fridays.
Any dates over the holidays,particularly over the summer break
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: 2 years as a qualified primary school teacher.
Primary PGCE qualification from York St. John`s university. (Graded outstanding)
2:1 degree in History
A levels in history, psychology, biology and p.e (all A and Bgrades)
11 GCSEs (all A and A* grades)
3 years as a summer camp counsellor in the USA

Emma has been teaching my daughter english for the past few weeks, absolutley delighted with her, my daughter is actually thriving at school now where as before she had fallen behind, cant fault Emma at all & i would highly recommend her to anyone!

Emma is a very professional and effective tutor. She easily engaged with Robbie and worked well with him, going with him through his work and explaining what is required, which has led to a great improvement in his creative writing. Robbie enjoys working Emma and looks forward to the next tutorials.
