I trained in conservation biology at The University of the West of England, Bristol, and worked as a conservation intern in Costa Rica conducting surveys and research. I then moved into the media industry and worked in numerous roles after completing a master`s degree in wildlife documentary production at The University of Salford. This career took me all around the world working first as a camera assistant and later as cameraman, predominantly on wildlife documentaries for TV but also other shows and corporate productions.

More recently, I have completed a year of teacher training and am a qualified teacher of geography (secondary). I took a subject knowledge enhancement course to boost my geographical knowledge before starting this career and subsequently taught as KS3, GCSE and A-Level to two different exam specifications in two schools. I currently work for the Rivers Trust, so am available only outside my commitments to them, usually after 5pm and at weekends.

Availability: I work 9-5 so am available evenings and weekends only.

Experience: I have taught ages 11-18 in two secondary schools (one AQA and one Edexcel), and have also tutored at A-level outside of these schools.
