I believe that every child is an individual with a different way of working that suits them best. It is up to us as teachers to find an individuals strengths and work with, and on these together with the child and with the involvement of parents/carers, and their present teachers if possible. In this way, we can help a child reach it`s full potential.
I believe that ALL lessons should be fun and stimulating, and it is not what the teacher teaches, but what the child gains which is important. This is why continual assessment should be applied at the end of every lesson. From this continual assessment I aim to move a child forward, and teach them to question, enquire and enjoy their full learning experience.
