Information about Rebecca
After the birth of my daughter, I resigned from my teaching post and decided to offer tutoring to enable me to plan my working hours around the care of my daughter.
I am passionate about providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences and endeavour to create an environment where children feel safe to take risks and can build their confidence. I encourage all children to reach their full potential by planning tailored learning opportunities to meet their individual needs.
I have a current DBS certificate.

Experience: I am an experienced, qualified primary school teacher. I have experience teaching all ages at primary level, from reception to year 6. I have a Masters degree in `Teaching and Learning` and a first class BA(Hons) in Primary Education. Alongside teaching my class, I was also literacy and science co-ordinator, worked on the development of whole school assessment approaches and acted as mentor to student teachers.
