Retired Social Science Lecturer. Study skills and stress management a speciality. Currently facilitating well being sessions in my local community.
As a mature student I gained my qualifications whilst working and bringing up a young family. During this time,
I successfully completed a Bsc degree in Social Science from the Open University and a Post Graduate teaching certificate, so I understand only too well how much of a challenge balancing studying with a busy life can be!
I love to study and gain new knowledge and am usually in the middle of doing some sort of qualification to increase my skills.
To switch off I enjoy walking,swimming, singing in a local choir and I read a lot!
