As a qualified Maths teacher, I have first hand experience of what is expected,I know the common misconceptions that students have and I have the strategies to tackle these so that my students rise to success.

As an experienced teacher I have a range of different teaching styles to meet the specific needs of the learner. Along with giving plenty of practice to master the skills learnt, I encourage my students to understand why the techniques work so that they can apply their skills independently in a range of contexts.

I have access to a wide range of teaching resources and I am upto date with the latest developments in education through my profession. Therefore, I know first hand what is expected of my students and they are well prepared to succeed. I always build a strong relationship with my students so that they are confident and enjoy the lessons. I love teaching and I am committed to ensuring that my students recognise and achieve their full potential.

I have been tutoring since I was a student, and now I am a qualified Mathematics Teacher with many years of experience. I graduated with a first class honours degree in Mathematical Sciences for Business, Industry and Finance at Queen Mary University of London, in which I achieved first place across the entire mathematics department. I then received a scholarship to study an MSc in Statistics at UCL. Before pursing my dream of becoming a teacher, I worked as a Business Analyst for an international travel company.
