I am a qualified teacher with 19 years of experience teaching Maths and English as a class teacher in primary schools in Years 1, 4 and 5, and as a specialist catch-up English and Maths teacher in years 7,8 and 9.

I am dedicated to building skills and confidence. I love my subjects, I am a good listener and will pitch my lessons accurately, and adjust according to your feedback.

Availability: I am available to teach mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Experience: I have a very wide variety of experience with children and teenagers: I`ve been a class teacher for over 5 years in primary schools in Years 1, 4 and 5, a specialist catch-up English teacher in years 7,8 and 9 and, previously, an English as a Foreign Language teacher. I am currently guiding my son (whose least favourite subject is English!) through his GCSEs in English Language and Literature.
