My name is Mireia and I am an MA Graduate and language enthusiast. I graduated with distinction from an MA in Fashion Photography and will start a Ph.D. in Research related to Visual Arts and Linguistics in September. Before that, I studied Art History in Barcelona. I believe learning languages is a transformative experience and can help build confidence that can be applied to other subjects and areas of life. Languages help us engage with the world in a profound manner and can help students reach their academic and social goals.

Experience: I am a Spanish native speaker with 2+ years of experience tutoring children from the ages of 8 to 15. In my lessons, I make sure to reinforce positive behavior, teach phonics and reading as well as reinforce lessons presented by teachers by reviewing the material. My studies have allowed me to engage in different styles of learning, which I apply to suit the needs of every student. I am passionate about education, especially in languages - I understand that every student`s needs are different and can adapt the classes to them.
