Hi, I’m Alissia – a Maths and Psychology tutor with over 250 lessons taught and four years’ experience helping students grow in confidence and improve their results.

I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and went on to study it at A-level alongside Biology and Psychology, gaining A’s in all three. More recently, I graduated with a First-Class Psychology degree from Loughborough University, which means I understand not just the subject, but also how different students learn best.
For psychology, my lessons are built around clear, structured PowerPoint notes I’ve created over time – condensed, easy-to-follow slides that summarise everything you need to know in simple, understandable terms. These act as your own set of high-quality revision notes, covering all the key content you’ll need to secure top marks.
Each topic is broken down into smaller, manageable sections. After learning the core content, we move straight into targeted exam practice, where you’ll attempt questions and then go through model answers together. I’ll show you how to structure your responses for different mark types, helping you develop both strong understanding and confident exam technique.
