I am a highly-qualified and passionate teacher of French who holds a PhD from King`s College London and has lived and studied in France for three years. My drive for teaching has led me to obtain a Teaching Fellowship at UCL, where I taught French language and literature modules. I can provide tuition in French tailored to your needs and can attune myself to a multitude of backgrounds. I have dedicated myself to learning Romance languages as other than French I also speak Spanish and Portuguese and have basic notion of Italian. Furthermore, I have an advanced level in German and I am working towards becoming proficient.

Availability: I am available 7 days a week.

Experience: While at King`s College London, I have taught French at all levels to students with diverse linguistic backgrounds. I have lived and studied in France at the prestigious École Normale Supérieure, Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3 as well as the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon. This has allowed me to attain native-speaker level in French and has given me the opportunity to have in-depth knowledge of its culture. I master all registers of French, be they more familial or official.

I seek to engage my students through culturally relevant elements and to teach them to navigate all aspects of a language. My first objective is to identify a students` needs and strengths and to devise a plan according either to their curriculum if they are students, or best suited to their areas of interest as adult learners (conversation, grammar, writing).Additionally, I use a range of materials, be they articles, songs or videos to ensure the students get maximum exposure to the language.It is my strong belief that the best way for a student to absorb a language is through learning to love the language and its culture!
