An experienced Director of Sport and Head of Academic PE with over 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience both in Physical Education and Psychology.

I have worked for the past six years at two independent schools, both in London and International, as Head of Department and Director of Sport and have contributed to Teach-Meets and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for other Teachers globally (TED talks). I`ve recently dedicated my own personal studies to completing my MA in Educational Leadership at the University of Birmingham and my NPMLQ.

I am passionately enthused by both Sport and Psychology and throughout the past ten years of my teaching career I have been graded as `Outstanding` on several occasions by the OFSTED criteria and have acted as head of department for AS & A Level Psychology at a Secondary school. The results my pupils have achieved have been excellent and I have taught for a variety of examination boards Edexcel, AQA, OCR for both Psychology and Physical Education.

As a tutor I offer a holistic Education which is personalised to each individual. I have high expectations which I support my pupils to meet, and I work alongside Class teachers to ensure that the pupil completes Coursework and Examination practice to a high standard.

With the present situation, Students are struggling to rebuild healthy study habits and many of my tutees are benefiting from some additional support outside of the classroom. I can offer personalised tutoring sessions, set homework tasks and start to prepare pupils for the next academic year.

Availability: Day-times, early evenings and some weekends.

Experience: I have tutored a wide range of abilities and age groups on a one-to-one basis for both PE Theory (A Level and GCSE) and Psychology (AS/A Level). I have experience with working with both gifted and talented individuals whilst working closely with individuals on the C/D boarder. My dissertation was focused on Motivation (Psychology) therefore this is an expert field of mine. I have taught the Edexcel Psychology exam board for 2 years and achieved an `A` grade at A Level myself. I have been teaching GCSE AQA PE Exam board for the past 2 years.
