Hey, Im Katrina.

I am currently a student at Queen Mary University of London studying Psychology BSc. As a tutor I am friendly, fun and motivational to my students as I believe that learning should not be a tedious experience.

I have achieved an A* in Psychology A-level and an A in Sociology A-level, and B in English Literature. I am based in East/West London and have a very flexible schedule which should come handy for A level Tutees!

I specialise in teaching the AQA exam board for Psychology and Sociology both A level and GCSE.

I also teach English Language and Literature and I am familiar with WJEC and Edexcel exam boards for the reformed qualifications. Feel free to drop me a request!

Experience: My teaching approach involves learning how to write an A* Essay, learning how to tackle difficult questions with ease, analysing exam reports from previous examination series, lending students my own resources that I have created and going through each little detail on the specification check list.

As a Psychology student I am very passionate about mental health and the power of Positive Psychology in helping individuals to flourish. This is why
before lessons, I like to make sure my students believe in their potential, in order to feel motivated and excited to achieve their desired grades. I am keen on creating positive mindsets that enables my students to exceed their own expectations of what they think they can achieve.
