I am a languages graduate from Oxford University with a BA Hons in French Literature and Language and History of Art from the Sorbonne.

I am currently the editor of a film journal, coming out this year. I work freelance, meaning I can fit my time around your timetabling needs.

I have taught English, French, Latin, Eleven Plus at various times in the last 5 years.

Various summers, I have worked as an English language mentor au-pair for children aged from 5-12. My role was to improve the children`s fluency in speaking, writing and grammar. I did this through conversation, preparing exercises, reading from novels and also everyday magazines, and writing and translation practice.

I am passionate about broadening the intellectual horizons of my tutees. My lessons are designed to foster both self-confidence and pure technical ability, as I know both to be integral to lasting academic success. Beyond this, my aim is always to awaken and extend the intellectual curiosity of my tutees.

Availability: 7 days a week
