Information about Kate
Hi my name is Kate and I am a qualified teacher based in the Oldham area. I am a practising qualified teacher in my third year and I have experience in EYFS, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. I currently teach in Key Stage Two (year 5) and have previously taught Key Stage One (Year 2) and therefore have a good knowledge and understanding of both the KS1 and KS2 SATs, along with the phonics screening check.
I also hold a Masters degree in Education alongside my undergraduate degree in English Language.
I am a fun and creative person and aim to make my tutoring sessions as engaging and rewarding as possible.

My daughter always loves going to Kate`s it`s the highlight of her week! Kate makes the lessons fun & engaging & it`s more of a fun activity for my daughter then she finds school. Her maths & English have improved & I`m sure she will keep improving with Kate. Very friendly & accomodating too.

Kate is an amazing teacher she is so helpful and kind and basically great teacher. The sessions are interactive and very productive I feel like my son has made outstanding progress so far . Thanks Kate!

Kate has been tutoring our 9 year old for three weeks now. He enjoys the sessions and Kate always gives a full account of his progress. Both child and parents very happy and would highly recommend Kate.
