I am a friendly primary school teaching assistant who teaches KS2 Maths and English on a daily basis. I also work with children with special needs, meaning I often have to adapt my teaching techniques to the pupils prefered style of learning. I have worked with children for the past 8 years and 4 of these have been within the early year`s sector. I currently work in a year 6 classroom supporting two children who both have autism and other needs. I have a Bachelors Degree in Early years and receieved an A* GCSE in Maths and a B in English language and literature.

Experience: I have been working in Primary schools for the past 4 years and before this I spent 4 years working in Nurseries. The four years I have worked within Primary schools I have had the role of a teaching assistant who supports 1 or 2 children who have specially educational needs within the mainstream classroom. I have also been tutoring for the past 3 years, the age group I prefer to teach is primary school age but I have taught year 7, 8 and 9 maths.
