Hi there! My name is Karina and I am a student at the University of Leicester, studying Biological Sciences with a focus on Physiology and Pharmacology. I am thrilled to share a little bit about myself and my passion for teaching.

I attended one of the top grammar schools in the UK at the time, and would love to share my knowledge and experience through tutoring.

As a tutor, my goal is to share my love of learning with my students. I believe that understanding the content is only half the battle – the other half is finding enjoyment in the process of revision. I want to help students not only grasp the material but also find ways to make the revision process more enjoyable and efficient. Ultimately, my goal as a tutor is to help my students succeed academically while also fostering a love of learning.

My experience as a student has taught me that there are many different ways to learn and revise. Some people benefit from visual aids, such as diagrams or videos, while others prefer to read and take notes. I have found that using a combination of different methods can be particularly effective. As a tutor, I would work with my students to identify their individual learning styles and tailor my teaching approach to suit them.

I am particularly passionate about the subjects of biology and chemistry. These fields of study are incredibly fascinating to me, and I believe that they are incredibly relevant to our daily lives.

My experience as a student and business owner has taught me the value of hard work, creativity, and a willingness to try new things. I am excited to share my knowledge and skills with my students and help them succeed in their academic pursuits.
