I am a highly experienced teacher and examiner for AQA Psychology and sociology A-levels, I also have experience of the Cambridge International Sociology ALevel.

My students consistently achieve higher than average results and i have 100% pass rate both with my students at school and tutees. I tailor lessons to the individual needs of the students and focus on exam skills, ensuring students know how to answer both short mark and essay questions confidently.

I provide resources and mark essays, giving thorough feedback and I provide regular exam practice during lessons. I provide PowerPoints for online lessons which are created for the needs of the student as I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach.

Availability: Monday and Tuesday mornings and afternoon. Wed-Fri evenings. Sunday mornings.

Experience: I have been teaching psychology and sociology for 10 years and have been an AQA examiner for the past 7. I am head of department for both Psychology and Sociology. I have tutored students for GCSE and A-level psychology and sociology for the past 9 years and all these students have achieved their target grade or higher.
During the first lockdown, I offered free tutoring as I am passionate about ensuring students achieve their full potential despite any barriers they have, and consequently I can negotiate on my fees depending on family circumstances.
