I have taught A level Psychology for over 25 years. I have been the head of psychology departments in a number of large schools. I have also been Head of Sixth Form and I am a qualified careers adviser.
My tutees over the last few years have made great progress in the grades they have been achieving at school.
My particular expertise lies in building the confidence and therefore the grades of those who may struggle with the subject, but also those at the top end who doubt their ability, and again need a confidence boost.

Availability: I now have availabilty for catch up sessions over the summer vacation and to continue with regular slots into the next academic year

Experience: I tutor students taking the AQA Psychology specification and I am an AQA examiner.
I enjoy tutoring as it`s a pleasure to see a student grow in confidence as they start to understand how to achieve the grades they want. Many of my tutees have improved their grades substantially and this is often achieved by concentrating on their understanding of research methods which is the key to success in Psychology and my favourite thing to teach!
