I am a final year medical student at Imperial College London, tutoring in Maths,Science and English up to GCSE level. I also offer advise for medical school applications, including UKCAT, BMAT, personal statement and interview preparation.

Academics:: Throughout my academic career I have obtained strong GCSEs and obtained an outstanding certificate for A-Level perfomance for A-Level performance my school. I went on to gain three offers to study medicine from Imperial, Leeds and Newcastle.

Tutoring Style: I am dedicated, friendly and adaptable tutor. I understand that every student has their own strengths, and I believe in using multiple methods of teaching, including learning new theory, application and practise, to maximise these. I understand the frustration of students that are struggling in particular subject areas and will focus on these problem areas with patience, allowing students to gain confidence.

Availability: I am happy to be flexible but prefer weekend and some weekday evenings.

Experience: I have 5 years experience tutoring and feel I have gained as much from it as my tutees.I began whilst doing my A-Levels, I began by supporting 2 students with their Maths GCSEs and 1 with her AS Biology and they each went from struggling to grasp concepts to excelling in their subjects and are now all at or going to study at Russel group universities.

Furthermore, I have tutored several primary school children in both 11+ entrance exams and more regularly in Maths and English. I have helped their confidence grow across these subject areas and seen them achieve success in the examinations they sat for.

I have also assisted medical school applicant in the previous 2 years. Having gone through this process myself recently, I understand the vast number of ways in which one has to work to form a strong application. I have supported 2 student throughout their process of writing their personal statement and interviews, in which they were both very successful.
