I am an Award-Winning AAT Tutor. The average pass-rate of my learners is 85%. I provide exam-focused tutoring for AAT Levels 2-4.

I start by giving every learner an initial assessment. The aim of the test is to identify your strengths and weaknesses. I will give you feedback regarding your assessment and then start tutoring you to success.

My role as your tutor involves:
• Transferring knowledge in the form of practical skills, methods and techniques
• Identifying your learning needs and defining appropriate learning objectives.
• Ensuring that content, methods of delivery and learning materials will meet your learning objectives.
• Develop the skills of applying appropriate approaches to teaching, challenge thinking, and develop your ability to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking.
• Supervise your work and provide advice on study skills and help you with learning problems.

Availability: I am available Monday to Saturday - Morning, afternoon and evenings.

Experience: I have the following qualifications to my credit: CIMA, AAT, PGCE.

My qualifications are backed by 20 years of accounting practice in the private sector, local government and not-for-profit-making organisations, 15 years tutoring experience in further education, and also in training corporates.

I specialise in teaching AAT levels 2-4. I also teach practical skills using various software packages & business analysis tools that include: Sage accounts, Sage payroll, QuickBooks, Excel, Vlookup, Hlookup, IF statements, Pivot tables, Count if etc.

My work experience as a professional accountant enables me to transfer knowledge to learners in the form of practical skills, methods and techniques.

My experience enables me to help learners to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical work experience.

I am also an experienced exam Marker and Examiner, and thus am able to help students to appreciate what examiners are looking for in their examinations.
