As a Deputy Headteacher in a secondary school, the focus of my work in my school is in raising achievement for all through the leadership of Teaching and Learning. This primarily involves rigorously monitoring and tracking pupil attainment and progress in order to celebrate achievement and to ensure that appropriate support and, where necessary, intervention has been put in place to encourage pupils to address any under-performance or missed opportunities.

My lessons are consistently graded as `Outstanding`, and I was also awarded an `Outstanding` for my lessons during the most recent OFSTED inspection. I have achieved status as a Fellow of the College of Teachers and was nominated as an outstanding and inspirational teacher for the London Challenge.

My positive, open and approachable style helps to encourage and motivate students across all abilities. I have a commitment to academic excellence which develops the full potential of all pupils, thus giving them a vision for life.

Availability: Weekends. Possibly some weekdays from 4.30pm.

Experience: I am currently working as a Deputy Headteacher and my timetabled subjects are Science and Maths. I have 23 years experience and with a proven track record of successful results across the whole ability range.
Over the many years of preparing pupils for the 11+ exams to achieve their goals in attending a Grammar School, I am pleased to declare that every one of my pupils have confidently passed.
