I am currently working as a Human Resource Lecturer at The City of Bristol College. I have worked as a Head Teacher at an International school and have 12 years of experience teaching adults and children. My ongoing project is teaching English functional skills to non native speakers. My approach to tutoring is based on the principles of andragogy and i appreciate student`s interaction with myself for clarity and better understanding of the subject matter. I encourage students to ask questions and share knowledge with their peers which enhances their self confidence, interest and boosts class participation.
I am also passionate about helping people through Transformation Coaching using NLP, CBT, Counseling as tools and techniques for gaining clarity and successfully achieving their goals. I love supportive people with all sorts of mental health issues and have helped over 200 individuals overcome depression, anxiety, OCD and phobias.
