Information about Michael
I have 2.1 honours degree in mathematics from MMU, a PGCE from UCL, a MSc in Economics (Distinction) from RHUL and I am currently a first year Economics PhD student at RHUL.
I am an avid sportsman. I have played rugby semi professionally and throughout my childhood, representing Lancashire at u13-u20, and North of England. I put my rugby commitments on hold during my PGCE, so I could concentrate on developing my teaching practice. I currently play for Twickenham RFC.
The common misconception is that all maths is hard, or that few are `good` at maths. This is incorrect.
Together, we can remove these misconceptions and greatly improve your understanding of the subject.

Michael is reliable and punctual. He is flexible in terms of his availability. He is patient, and my daughter enjoys lessons with him (which is unusual for her!). It is early days in terms of whether my daughter is making progress or not but I am confident Michael will help her gain more confidence in maths.
