Stylistically as a tutor, I operate on the basis of three principles: (1) Understanding - this involves me addressing the why behind each concept I teach to help students really get a grasp over the rationales behind concepts. (2) Real-life examples - I like bringing concepts to life and do this by giving digestible and relatable examples based on the interests of my students. (3) Playing the Game - I believe most exam boards and systems have specific expectations unique to each of them and teaching students those criteria for success enables them to produce content suited to the examiners. By combining these three principles students become well equipped to achieve success in their studies.
